Week Thirteen

It was great to be back to a full week of school!  We learned all about reptiles this week: how they have scaly skin, lay eggs and how some of them shed their skin.  Lo and behold Mrs. Dempsey came in to show us a snake skin she found under her house! We got to see it up close and personal.

In math we have been learning about shapes and their characteristics.  We have enjoyed tracing shapes and turning them into pictures.  We will continue our shape exploration next week.

Next week we will continue our zoology unit by learning about amphibians.  Exciting!  Have a great week!
