Week 22

 We are becoming quite good little ecologists in Room 105.  We have made murals depicting plants and animals that live in savannas, oceans and forests so far.  This week we will learn about deserts.


In math we are expanding our understanding of numbers by playing games.  In this game, we have 10 counters and "hide" some of them under the cup.  Our partner has to guess how many are hiding after seeing how many are still out.  We are adding and subtracting without even realizing it!

We will be celebrating Dr. Seuss by reading many of his stories.

We will be learning about deserts and the plants and animals that live there.  

We will be continuing to learn about coins and their values.
